We do not accept change of mind purchases. No returns/exchanges/refunds on sale and or reduced items.

Warning:
• These products are designed to be used by children above 3
• Crystals are a choking hazard and children should be supervised while using them.
• Crystals are not to be handled by children 3 and under

Damaged or Faulty Items:
• If you have received an item which you believe is faulty we require you to email photos to bridie@bwwb.com.au so we can arrange a replacement.
• Any order that is damaged in transit via Australia Post must be lodged by you at the local post office. If an item has been damaged in transit it will not be replaced or refunded until a claim has been lodged and approved by Australia Post.
• Any postage or return postage paid by you will not be refunded unless the product is deemed faulty. Only standard post will be covered by use on return of faulty items.

Shipping Information:
• We offer a flat rate for shipping of just $5.50 or spend $100 or more for FREE shipping – no code needed. (Rates are for Australia only)
• Our flat rate postage includes tracked parcel post with Australia Post which takes up to 6 business days for delivery once it is shipped.
• If you’re in a hurry, you can also email me at bridie@bwwb.com.au to Express Ship via Australia Post overnight (two days for rural or remote areas, as determined by Australia Post). Corona Impact: Australia Post is experiencing delays due to Covid, so express shipping time frames cannot be guaranteed.
• Please note standard production and order processing times still apply to express orders, however we do our best to ship them as soon as possible.
